Rules to remember:
Always protect yourself: Gloves and helmets are the bare minimum.
Use the right equipment for the job
Learn step by step and know your limits.
Learn and master braking before starting out on the road.
Never skate alone. If possible, be accompanied by someone with more experience.
On open roads, use a walkie-talkie and an opening car to be alerted to vehicles or other possible dangers.
Start on easy roads with few gradients and good visibility.
Choose roads with little or no traffic
