The cylindrical gum height is .55" to be placed on the shoe side, and the cone height is 0.50" to be placed on the ground side. The APS formula is perfectly suited for outdoor skating. It provides superior comfort, perfect balance & flow, quick rebound. Set of 8 cushions (4 cones and 4 cylinders), enough to equip a pair of skates.
