The concept from the beginning has been stability and control while at speed. The bi-products of that design are being easy to push and easy to learn on. The Evo has seen a couple minor revisions over the years, the entire board have been shrunken by 10%, making the Evo 36. Still 9 plies of Canadian maple, the smaller shape makes the classic lighter and more nimble.

<p>Powell Peralta Geegah Ripper 9.75" x 30" Maroon Reissue Skateboard. In 1986 jump ramps were all the rage. Unfortunately, decks were snapping left and right. Powell-Peralta deck returns were so high the company sought ways to make decks stronger and more resistant to jump breaks. One solution was Bonite construction.
