Premier surfskate après des années sur Carvestik 34 (sans comparaison car les trucks et le carving sont très différents), j'ai hésité à choisir un skate si petit, mais avec mes 1,73 m pour 68 kg, le Gussie a assez de longueur pour se sentir bien, je l'ai choisi pour sa grande largeur sur tout le deck qui est très appréciable, notamment au pied arrière. L'apprentissage du pumping se fait rapidement, j'ai desserré le truck arrière pour favoriser le travail du pied arrière, indispensable pour se rapprocher du surf. Pas trop de risque de planter l'avant sauf en fin de virage très serré (je me méfie des surfskates dont le truck avant est éloigné du nose...). Testé sur le plat et en skate park sur de petites pentes, très plaisant. A voir en pump track. Le pushing à plat reste possible, la stabilité est bonne. Il répond bien à mes attentes de surfskate familial et tout terrain. Les roulements peuvent être optimisés mais font le job. A la réception, les roues étaient trop serrées. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Super board, son shape bien large plaira aux grandes pointures. Son concave la rend très réactive et joueuse. Virages serrés, carving appuyé, snaps... autant de super sensations avec cette board.

Très content de cette board, Bonne accroche, plateau suffisamment confortable et le léger concave me convient parfaitement. Board très réactive et le système de serrage du truck est pratique. Juste un petit couac mais rien de méchant, la clée fournie est trop petite pour l'écrou de réglage, prévoir une clée de 13 ;)
