Powell Peralta innovates once again with this Chris Hiett Skull Flight 8.5" x 31.2". On this Christopher Hiett Mini, we find shape similarities with the already existing version (9.5"), but this time, although the style still looks old school, the ride feel is much closer to that of a classic street board. The reduced 14" wheelbase allows for quick kickflips, while the longer nose, similar in size to the tail, helps with nose grinds. Powell Peralta's signature Flight construction (maple and fiberglass) delivers exceptional strength and outstanding pop. The square-cut tail makes pogo-jump-style tricks easier. Premium setup suited for experienced skaters. Ace Classic 55 trucks, Bones Nut Abec-7 Classics bearings, Bones 54mm X-Formula 99A wheels.
About Christopher Hiett
Born in 2001 and originally from Indiana (USA), Chris moved to California at the age of 18, where he immediately secured a sponsorship with Powell Peralta. His creative style is heavily influenced by old-school skateboarding—he often rides boards reminiscent of the 1980s. Chris is a rider with a distinctive and fully embraced look, proudly standing for the right of being different. This mindset is reflected in his riding style, bringing a fresh perspective to the way skateboarding is approached.

Powell Peralta is one of the pioneering brands that has shaped and continues to shape the history of skateboarding. Based in California since 1978, the brand is a union of skills between George Powell (an engineer who made his first skateboard in 1957) and Stacy Peralta (a professional skateboarder).
