Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (no tax applyed for country outside EU), excluding shipping costs, subject to any typographical or printing errors. In accordance with European Union legislation, for shipments to the EU countries, the VAT of the destination country is applied. This may explain a variation in the price including tax after registration of the delivery address.
No matter where you are located, payment will be made in Euros
FULKIT-SKATEBOARDS.COM reserves the right to change prices at any time. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the registration of the order. The products remain the property of FULKIT-SKATEBOARDS.COM until full payment has been received by FULKIT/GAMBY DISTRIBUTION.
Delivry
Orders placed and paid before 3:00PM are usually shipped on the same day. You will receive a tracking number and link to follow your parcel.
The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process. All our products are shipped under the responsibility of the customer. FULKIT-SKATEBOARDS.COM cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery.
Delivery problems: You must notify the carrier and FULKIT-SKATEBOARDS.COM of any reservations about the delivered product (for example: damaged package, already opened ...) within 3 days of receipt of the product.
Product conformity: In the event of non-conformity or apparent defect of the products, it is up to the buyer to send a written complaint to FULKIT-SKATEBOARDS.COM within ten days of the date of delivery of the products. After this period, FULKIT-SKATEBOARDS.COM declines all responsibility for the non-conformity or apparent defect of the products. The liability of FULKIT-SKATEBOARDS.COM in the event of non-delivery or delivery of non-conforming products is limited to the replacement of the products within a reasonable time or the reimbursement of the sums paid by the buyer, if applicable. The products must be returned to us in the state in which you received them and returned in accordance with the stipulations of article entitled “Returns”. Fulkit would provide you a prepaid return shipping label.
In certain cases (e.g. outsized package, region or country not served by the carrier), Fulkit reserves the right to replace the selected carrier with another delivery method.
In the event of a delivery problem following wrong or missing information provided by the customer (ex: wrong postal code, missing street number, missing phone number, name not indicated on the mailbox, etc.), reshipment cost may be claimed
In the case of parcels delivered to a relay point (Mondial Relay, Chronopost Relais Express, Chronopost Shop2Shop), and returned by the carrier on the grounds of "parcel not claimed on time", return costs may be claimed, or, in the event of cancellation of the order by the customer, the return costs will not be refunded. In the case of an order with free shipping, costs equivalent to 5% of the amount of the order may be deducted from the refund.
Shipping costs are waived for France & Benelux for purchases over 70€; or over 130€ for Germany, Spain, Italy, and Portugal; or over 190€ for the rest of the European Union countries. These conditions apply to the carrier Chronopost Shop2Shop. Certain bulky items are not covered by this carrier and may therefore be subject to shipping fees.
Responsability
FULKIT can not be held responsible for non-performance of the contract, in the following situations: Force majeur, Disruption or total or partial strike including postal services and means of transport and/or communication, Flmood, Fire, War, Major industrial disaster, Pandemic
Return
If you wish to return a product, please contact us before returning the parcel. You have 30 days from delivry time to return a good. This is the customer responsability to pay and track the return shipping. Any returned product lost or damaged will be refused by Fulkit. Once we have receive your return, we will refound you within 5 days.
Any product returned to us and showing trace of use or being no complete will be systematicly refused and the customer would have to pay for shipping if he want to get his product sent back.
No return would be accepted for products with customisation: Custom mount roller skates, custom mount skateboards, Skateboard with griptape applied on request, custom print streetwear,...
When returning a product you must:
_contact us for having a return agreement
_attach the original invoice into the box, and mention the reason of the return: exchange, refound, credit
_In the case of an exhange outside of France, shipping fees may get charged to you
In the case of a refund following a return. Unless the product is defective or an error on our part. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
