Very easy to use thanks to the spacers & speed rings already integrated. 7 High grade chromed steel balls, nylon shields on both sides, stepped inner ring maintaining constant lubrication. Equivalent to Abec 7 quality. Set of 8 Bearings (=for 4 wheels)
