About Powell Peralta
Powell Peralta is one of the pioneering brands that has shaped and continues to shape the history of skateboarding. Based in California since 1978, the brand is a union of skills between George Powell (an engineer who made his first skateboard in 1957) and Stacy Peralta (a professional skateboarder). Powell has always stood out for its spirit of innovation and is one of the few brands to own its own factories for the production of decks and wheels. The cavity holes in the baseplate have been filled, making it perfectly balanced and virtually indestructible! The pinch has been moved back a tad to add strength without changing the geometry that makes Indys turn so damn good.
